Troubleshooting
Everything seems to be locked up. What should I do?
First, wait at least one minute. Zoom Algebra might just be thinking through the steps of a very
difficult problem. When you are tired of waiting, press 2nd QUIT to exit Zoom Algebra. If that
doesn’t work, you will have to remove the calculator’s batteries for a few seconds. When you turn
the calculator back on, the calculator will restart.
WARNING: Restarting the calculator will delete any information in RAM, so if you have
anything important in RAM, do not use Zoom Algebra! (If you never use your calculator’s PRGM key, then you probably don't have anything important in RAM.).
I got an error message. What should I do?
Try doing the problem over again. If the same error message comes up repeatedly, contact us and tell us what you did
that makes the error message appear.
