Jeff Hatch is the original inventor of Zoom Math as well as the Founder and President of I.Q. Joe. Jeff has enjoyed computer programming in his spare time since childhood; he is now fluent in assembly language, BASIC, C, C++, Java, and Ruby. On three occasions in high chool and college, Jeff scored among the top 100 students nationwide in math competitions. Jeff graduated from Biola University in 2000 with degrees in Music and Math, and then spent several years working as a math instructor at SAT prep centers. Jeff has tutored students in subjects ranging from Pre-Algebra to Complex Variables—an upper-division undergraduate course which Jeff himself never took. Jeff began developing Zoom Math software in 2004.

Rick Hatch is Co-founder and Executive Director of I.Q. Joe. Rick’s skills include strategic planning, writing, public speaking, and training. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, denoting expertise in business process analysis and improvement. He has used his analytical and communication skills while gaining leadership experience in a wide variety of industries. His experience includes computer programming, financial consulting, quality engineering, and entrepreneurship. Rick partnered with his brother Jeff in 2005, and began building the I.Q. Joe team, introducing Zoom Math software into the marketplace, and developing the company’s strategic vision.

Vance Hatch is Co-founder and CEO of I.Q. Joe. As a creative, charismatic, and transformational leader, he has over 20 years experience in technology and marketing. He also brings to I.Q. Joe his knowledge and experience with strategic planning and execution, as well as team building and organizational development. Interestingly, Vance is also a published screenwriter (IMDB.com – Treading Water – 2002 release). Vance holds a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from the internationally acclaimed Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. With proven expertise in leading high-performing teams Vance joined I.Q. Joe in May of 2006, giving the company a valuable new asset toward making the I.Q. Joe vision a reality.
