Our Vision Statement: I.Q. Joe is smart, fun, friendly, amazing, and helpful.

I.Q. Joe has adopted these five key words to establish the company's shared values. These words were chosen because they consistently appear in internal and external communications, surveys, and reviews regarding our products and services, as well as company meetings and events. We have adopted them as our vision statement to describe how we see the character and personality of I.Q. Joe.

To achieve our mission, we will:

Produce quality educational software that expands the intellect by making difficult subjects easier, while maintaining a commitment to making our products affordable, available, and accessible to students, teachers, parents and educators.

Provide quality productivity software that enables accomplishment by making difficult mental tasks easier, while maintaining a commitment to making our products powerful for professionals, yet still accessible even to students.

Promote a corporate culture of growth and excellence that facilitates and motivates our employees, teams, departments, divisions, and leaders, as well as our external stakeholders and contributors, toward achieving their best.

Project corporate and social responsibility featuring corporate integrity, ethical conduct, and organizational values which will influence our world in a positive way.
